Our logistics, including shipping, order processing, and customs clearance, are handled by Zendrop, a third-party provider. By placing an order through Everythinghere.net, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Orders

All orders placed through Everythinghere.net are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel your order if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in the product listing. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on EverythingHere.net are displayed in the currency depending on your location (Czech Republic or another country) and include the relevant VAT (if required). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. However, the price displayed at the time of purchase will apply. Payments must be made in full through our standard payment methods before your order is processed.

4. Payments and VAT

EverythingHere.net is not currently registered as a VAT payer under Czech law, so no VAT is applied to the sale of goods. All prices listed on our website are final and do not include VAT. The supplier reserves the right to adjust prices and update these terms in the event of VAT registration or other tax obligations.

Zendrop, our logistics partner, handles order fulfillment and product shipping. Zendrop's tax obligations, including VAT, are managed separately from Everythinghere.net. Any customs duties, taxes, and VAT incurred in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are included in the price. The buyer is responsible for any additional customs clearance or tax-related procedures.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the product. Please note that estimated shipping dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. Depending on the destination country, customs duties and taxes may apply. These are covered in your price as part of the fulfillment service provided by Zendrop. If your order is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us, and we will work with Zendrop to resolve any shipping issues.

Our shipments typically arrive within 7 - 14 business days for most countries. For certain locations, delivery may take up to 25–30 business days. To ensure accuracy, we set a maximum delivery period of 45 days. If your shipment has not arrived within this period, please contact us at everythinghere.net@seznam.cz, and we will coordinate with Zendrop, our logistics partner, to arrange a full refund if necessary.

5. Returns and Exchanges

    • Returns: You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to return the item to an address provided by us, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the item arrives, we will process your refund to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
    • Exchanges: Exchanges will only be offered if the item arrives damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please send us photo or video proof of the damage within five days of receiving your order. If the issue is due to a shipping delay (more than five days from the expected shipping date), we will also accept an exchange.
