You can return items or request a refund under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Note: You do not need to return items to our supplier’s warehouse in China due to high international shipping costs. Instead, you may return the item to a nearby address we provide or keep it.
2. Exchanges
If your item is damaged or defective, you may request an exchange by sending us:
- A clear photo or video of the damage.
Exchanges will be processed for any orders that arrive damaged or are misplaced during transit. If your order takes longer than 5 days beyond the expected delivery date, you’re entitled to request a free replacement.
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen during shipment, we offer the following options:
- A full refund if the package is confirmed lost.
- A free replacement shipped to your address at no extra cost.
4. Return Address
For a refund, we will assess if the item needs to be returned. If so, we will provide you with the return address.
5. Customs and Duties
